Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and compare generated images and videos to assess prompt adherence.

You’ll explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule. As a contributor, you help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn, supporting frontier research and improving real-world AI performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions or mismatches.
• Writing a focused explanation in English describing observed issues.
