Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rate outputs for naturalness and fidelity, and provide written explanations of what looked off.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts, inspecting for errors, and scoring across dimensions like adherence and realism. Prior experience with reviews is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Rate outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then write a written explanation in English detailing what you saw or heard.
