Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and score exchanges during live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare image and video outputs to assess adherence to prompts and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with sharp attention to detail, strong written communication, and comfort with natural conversation.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to notice subtle errors in AI-generated media.
• Clear written communication to explain what looked or sounded off.
• Comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Ability to make clear decisions when options both have flaws and describe reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely, replay and zoom in to spot issues like distortions, flickering, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation in English of what was seen or heard.
