Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, focusing on prompt adherence and quality.

Role is fully remote with weekly payments. Ideal candidates have sharp attention to detail, clear written communication, and the ability to decide when both options have flaws.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews is preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judge which follows prompts better, and explain in writing what looked off.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
• Provide a written explanation highlighting observed issues and rationale for ratings.
