Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all on a flexible, remote schedule.

You'll compare pairs of images and videos, assess how well they follow prompts, and provide clear, evidence-based feedback to help AI improve in real-world tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear writing and verbal skills.
• Strong attention to detail; able to explain issues clearly.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and evaluate responses.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or audio mismatches in content.
