Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented contributors to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models and scoring exchanges. You will compare generated images and videos to judge which better follows prompts, then explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely on your own schedule.

Ideal applicants are fluent English speakers with strong written communication, keen attention to detail, and the ability to think clearly under uncertain scenarios.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Comfortable working remotely with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank how natural, useful, and clear each response sounds.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering or misalignment.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing observations.
