Job summary
Outlier is seeking detail-oriented testers to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models and scoring each exchange. You will compare AI-generated images and videos, judge how well they follow the prompt, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely on your own schedule.
Ideal candidates are fluent English speakers with strong written communication, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to think on their feet.
Qualifications
- Fluent English with clear written communication.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
- Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
- Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
- Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Responsibilities
- Hold live scenarios with AI voice models in English and rate how natural and helpful each response sounds.
- Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts and quality.
- Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts, flickering, or mismatched audio.
- Provide written explanations in English detailing observed issues.
