Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will rate live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked off.

Your work helps improve AI systems by providing precise feedback and ranking outputs for quality and realism. Ideal applicants are fluent in English, organized, and able to think on their feet.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and articulate reasoning clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely and spotting artifacts, misalignments, and errors.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English.
