Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what looked off, all on your own schedule from home or while traveling.

You'll rate outputs on adherence, quality and realism, write concise explanations in English, and help improve frontier AI systems through an expert feedback loop. Flexible hours, remote work, and weekly payments offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication are required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable speaking and reasoning in natural, everyday conversations.
• Ability to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, misalignment, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a concise English explanation detailing what was observed or heard.
