Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked off or didn’t follow the prompt.

You will rate outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, and provide concise written explanations to improve AI systems. Remote work, flexible hours, and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Able to write concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.
• Experience describing reasons why outputs do not match prompts.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or mismatched audio/video.
• Writing specific explanations in English that point to what was observed.
