Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a remote, flexible schedule. You will rate live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what was off in writing. Your work helps improve how AI systems respond to prompts in real-world settings.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to detail, and able to justify decisions when choices have flaws. Applicants from the United States are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering motion, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a specific English explanation pointing to what was seen or heard.
