Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media entirely remotely on a flexible schedule. You will score live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what went wrong in writing, helping refine how AI systems respond to real-world prompts.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong attention to detail, and optionally hold a Bachelor's degree or higher.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, spotting issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English describing what was observed.
