Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated media, and explain what went wrong in writing.

This role contributes to improving AI reasoning and real-world performance from anywhere with internet access. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, have strong attention to detail, and can produce concise, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy or audio-text mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation of what you observed.
