Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, rate outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images/videos to the prompts, annotating issues like artifacts or misalignment, and delivering concise English explanations. Eligible applicants from multiple countries are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios verbally and in writing.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank how natural, useful, and clear the exchanges sound.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distorted anatomy, flicker, or misaligned audio/video and explain findings in writing.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what was observed or heard.
