Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all from a remote, flexible-schedule setup.

Responsibilities include rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, then writing evidence-based explanations in English. This work helps improve AI behavior across platforms.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Able to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs for artifacts, distortions, or audio/video misalignment and explain findings in writing.
• Provide specific English explanations pointing to observed issues.
