Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home, on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, evaluate image and video outputs, and explain what looked or sounded wrong in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

We provide free access to leading LLMs and weekly payments. You’ll rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, contributing to improvements in AI systems used in real-world applications.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs to spot artifacts, flicker, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing explanations in English detailing observed issues.
