Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts, rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, and providing a precise explanation to guide model improvements. Remote, flexible hours with global participation.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to think quickly and make clear decisions when two options have flaws.
• Comfortable expressing thoughts in writing and explaining reasoning clearly.
• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a concise English explanation pointing to what was seen or heard.
