Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing.

Your work helps improve AI systems and their real-world performance. Responsibilities include evaluating image and video pairs, identifying AI artifacts, and delivering concise, evidence-based explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate is fluent in English with clear written communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flicker, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write a specific English explanation pointing to observed issues.
