Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of home. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare generated media, and explain what looks off in writing.

Work remotely on your own schedule across multiple projects, with payments weekly. Typical tasks include rating outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, describing why one option is better, and providing concise explanations to help improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs for artifacts, mismatches, or unnatural motion and text errors.
• Writing precise English explanations of what was observed for each task.
