Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. Roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt best, then explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfort with conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming/replaying to spot issues like artifacts or misalignment.
• Writing a specific English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
