Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked off in writing, all from home and on your own schedule.

Tasks include comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts, identifying issues like artifacts, unnatural motion, or misalignment, and documenting your findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot nuances in media outputs.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio/video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a clear, evidence-based explanation in English.
