Job summary

Modus Create is seeking a Software Engineer to serve as a Forward Deployed Engineer, helping clients integrate AI-powered products. You will work with customers to understand environments, prototype fast solutions, and enable adoption of AI capabilities within existing systems.

You'll move between code and customer conversations, delivering end-to-end integrations while explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across US/LATAM time zones.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack experience building modern apps and services.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities into apps.
• Familiarity with agentic architectures and AI agent patterns.
• REST APIs knowledge; GraphQL familiarity.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and translate requirements into implementations.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Autonomy to work in fast-moving customer-facing environments.
