Job summary

Figma seeks a builder for its AI Insights team to create internal AI products that reveal customer needs and guide product decisions. You’ll own end-to-end development, from concept to launch, delivering experiences that help teams access customer evidence and act on insights.

You will ship early, iterate rapidly, and apply strong design and product judgment. The role supports NYC or SF hubs or remote work within the United States.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated exceptional design craft through a background in UX or product design.
• Hands-on experience turning ambitious ideas into working AI-powered solutions.
• Applied deep AI fluency to build sophisticated workflows connecting models, data, and tools.
• Strong product judgment to translate user needs into intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify where Figmates need better customer understanding and opportunities for internal products.
• Design clear experiences that help employees find customer evidence and make informed decisions.
• Use AI tools to build and ship internal products from concept through launch and adoption.
• Ship focused versions early and improve rapidly based on feedback and usage.
• Define high quality AI behavior, evidence quality, and usability standards.
• Partner with Research, Design, Product, Engineering, and internal users to launch and support adoption.
• Demonstrate and explain what you build and share reusable tools and practices.
