Figma is seeking an experienced UX researcher to support Figma Design and scale research across product areas. You’ll partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to translate insights into strategy and direction.

The role is full-time, remote within the United States, with a strong focus on AI-enabled features and strategic impact. You’ll balance speed, rigor, and cross-functional input to inform roadmaps and decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in UX research or user insights at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods to address product challenges.
• Proven ability to influence executives and cross-functional partners.
• Balance speed, rigor, and strategy in decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic research and actionable recommendations that shape design and roadmap.
• Partner with product leaders to identify opportunities and define success.
• Break down complex problems into clear research plans and end-to-end processes.
• Translate insights into compelling narratives for stakeholders.
• Advocate for Research as a strategic partner in the business.
