Job summary

Félix is seeking an AI Product Lead to head the AI Agents team, defining and building Félix's agentic platform and autonomous agents that plan, execute, and coordinate complex financial workflows within our payment ecosystem. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, and Data Science to translate AI needs into a compelling roadmap.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Biz Dev, Ops, and Marketing to ship impactful solutions, drive strategy, and iterate

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience focused on AI or agentic platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the product vision for Félix’s agentic platform and AI agents.
• Ship autonomous agents that perform high-quality actions within the payment ecosystem.
• Direct model fine-tuning strategy for specialized fintech use cases.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science and Biz Dev to ship high-impact products.
• Ensure governance and safety standards across enterprise agents.
