Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing.

Your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve. Responsibilities include comparing images and videos, judging adherence to prompts, and providing precise, evidence-based explanations remotely.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models, then rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio mismatch.
• Write a concise English explanation describing what looked or sounded off.
