Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong. All tasks are remote and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts, rating adherence and realism, and providing precise explanations in English. Freedom to work from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom, replay) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write a specific English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard, rating output across dimensions.
