Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what’s off in writing.

Your work helps improve AI systems as they learn from real-world use. Responsibilities include comparing image/video pairs, identifying issues like uncanny motion or artifacts, and delivering concise, evidence-based explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus.
• Comfortable explaining findings in writing.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence.
• Spot issues like distorted motion, text errors, or audio mismatch.
• Write clear, evidence-based explanations in English.
