Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media entirely remotely. You will host live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule.

You’ll rate outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, then write precise explanations in English. Tasks include image/video evaluations, caption labeling, and audio assessments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain observations.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts, jitter, or misalignment.
• Write English explanations that point to observed issues.
