Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Youll rate outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, and write concise explanations in English. This role helps shape AI systems by providing actionable feedback from diverse locations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain observations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable discussing AI concepts and artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts, motion issues, or mismatches in audio and video.
• Rating each output and writing English explanations that point to observed issues.
