Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You’ll rate outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, then write concise explanations in English. Works flexibly from home or while traveling; rates vary by expertise, with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; patient to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic situations conversationally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortion, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation.
