Vantage is seeking an AI Growth Marketing Manager to redefine how marketing operates with an AI-first approach. You will lead AI-powered workflows, manage a team of agents, and drive pipeline in a highly autonomous role.

The ideal candidate moves between strategy and execution, experiments with emerging technologies, and builds scalable marketing processes for a small team. Traditional marketing experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience building and implementing AI-powered workflows, agents, or marketing automation.
• Demonstrated success driving measurable growth outcomes, including pipeline generation, campaign performance, or customer acquisition.
• An MCP-first mindset. Expect to leverage platforms via AI systems vs you managing manually in consoles.
• Comfort with working with tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Clay or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of modern marketing technology, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
• Ability to translate business objectives into automated workflows and measurable marketing programs.
• Strong analytical skills and a willingness to experiment, iterate, and make decisions informed by data.
• Excellent written communication skills and an understanding of how to develop compelling messaging for technical audiences.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-driven growth initiatives: Develop and execute strategies that leverage AI agents, automation, and experimentation to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline.
• Scale marketing automation: Build, manage, and continuously improve AI-powered workflows across demand generation, outbound prospecting, social media, and marketing operations.
• Drive pipeline generation: Partner with Sales and RevOps to develop scalable campaigns, improve targeting and personalization, and optimize lead generation and conversion.
• Build and optimize campaigns: Oversee AI-assisted campaign development, execution, testing, and optimization across multiple channels while maintaining brand quality and appropriate human oversight.
• Support product positioning and go-to-market: Translate product capabilities, customer use cases, and competitive insights into compelling messaging and campaigns that resonate with technical buyers.
• Experiment with emerging AI tools: Identify, test, and implement new AI technologies that improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability.
• Measure performance: Establish clear metrics for campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and the impact of AI-powered workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Product, Sales, and RevOps to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
• Continuously improve how we work: Challenge traditional marketing processes and identify opportunities to automate repetitive work, reduce manual effort, and increase output without sacrificing quality.
