Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital marketing, preferably in startups or small multi‑channel teams.
• Hands‑on ownership of marketing automation tools beyond basic usage.
• Experience with ESP selection/migration, compliant opt‑in flows, and deliverability troubleshooting.
• Technical SEO work including schema, site structure, crawl/index health, and AI‑assist optimization.
• Fluency with analytics tools (GA4, GSC, HubSpot, SEO platforms).
• Practical use of agentic AI tools to automate workflows and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing systems and automation (HubSpot, forms, campaigns, integrations).
• Improve on‑site and off‑site SEO for AI‑driven visibility (AEO/SEO).
• Manage email newsletters, list hygiene, segmentation, and deliverability KPIs.
• Publish and distribute blog posts; syndication and cross‑posting across channels.
• Oversee social channels and decide where to invest effort for reach.
• Track performance via GA4, PostHog, GSC, HubSpot; take data‑driven actions.
• Plan and run webinars, online events, and reporting for stakeholders.
• Coordinate in‑person conferences and events across NA and Europe; occasional India events.
