Instant is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to guide our AI-enabled marketing efforts. You’ll own 7-figure budgets, drive growth from our paid channels, and lead a lean team to deliver high-quality, high-velocity campaigns.

You’ll leverage AI to test faster, optimize creative and landing pages, and align with Sales to improve lead quality and revenue. Equity and strong benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of performance marketing experience, scaling ad spend.
• Deep Meta expertise and a track record of scaling campaigns while improving efficiency.
• Able to execute quickly, communicate effectively and iterate as priorities shift.

Responsabilités

• Own performance marketing across Meta and scale budgets.
• Run rapid experiments on audiences, offers, creative and landing pages to lower CAC.
• Collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Use AI tools and automation to increase output and speed.
