Job summary

ReminderMedia, a leading marketing services provider, is seeking a remote Digital Ads Specialist to build and optimize lead-generation campaigns across Google, Meta, and ChatGPT Ads. You will own campaigns end-to-end, including creative, and leverage AI to speed production in a high-volume, structured environment.

You will create compelling ad creative with Canva and AI tools, improve lead quality, and troubleshoot tracking and account issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in paid digital advertising, campaign execution, or digital marketing support.
• Experience building, launching, and optimizing lead-generation paid ad campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize lead-generation campaigns across Google, Meta, and ChatGPT Ads.
• Improve cost per lead, conversion rate, and lead quality on every platform.
• Create and refine ad creative quickly with AI tools or Canva.
• Troubleshoot campaign, tracking, and account issues.
• Test new approaches and turn winners into templates for thousands of accounts.
• Develop tools and automations with Claude, Replit, and other AI tools to boost production capacity.
• Coordinate with onboarding and service teams to keep client campaigns moving smoothly.
