Job summary

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in model risk, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of regulatory and privacy considerations related to AI governance. Remote work is supported with national coverage.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in model risk management, risk, and audit.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, data science or a related field.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring, auditing, privacy, security, and AI governance standards.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely.
• Experience deploying AI model governance programs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the enterprise AI community to promote governance policies, standards, and responsible AI practices.
• Establish and maintain an inventory of AI/ML/GenAI models with ownership and risk ratings.
• Assess model risk by complexity, regulatory requirements, and usage.
• Implement and maintain Model Risk Management frameworks, controls, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor model performance, governance controls, and policy compliance.
• Support model validation and communicate recommendations to teams.
• Participate in AI model governance oversight activities and audits.
