Cognizant is seeking an AI Governance Process Lead to design and operationalize governance for AI adoption at scale, within the ServiceNow AI Control Tower delivery teams. You will partner with risk, compliance, and technology leaders to shape risk-based processes across use cases.

Remote role open to qualified applicants in the United States, with a focus on defining roles, attestation, and exception management while driving practical rollout.

Qualificações

• Senior-level experience in AI governance, including designing and implementing governance operating models.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, controls, attestation, residual risk, and exception processes.
• Proven ability to translate governance requirements into practical, executable processes.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own the end-to-end AI governance lifecycle, from use-case intake and risk assessment through approval, monitoring, and retirement
• Define AI risk assessment methodology and controls, including attestation, residual-risk evaluation, and exception management
• Establish governance roles, responsibilities, and an operating model that connects business, risk, legal, and technology stakeholders
• Set clear managed-state criteria that define when an AI use case is fully governed and compliant
• Drive adoption by translating governance requirements into practical, executable processes and guiding stakeholders through rollout
