Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an AI Governance Process Lead to design and operationalize governance processes for responsible AI adoption. The role partners with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) delivery teams and risk leaders to implement end-to-end governance across use cases.

You will define risk assessment approaches, establish governance roles, and drive adoption by translating requirements into executable processes across business, risk, legal, and technology

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in AI governance and implementing governance operating models.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, controls, attestation, residual risk, and exception processes.
• Ability to translate governance requirements into practical, executable processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the end-to-end AI governance lifecycle from use-case intake to retirement.
• Define AI risk assessment methodology and controls, including attestation and exception management.
• Establish governance roles and an operating model connecting business, risk, legal, and technology stakeholders.
• Drive adoption by translating governance requirements into practical, executable processes and guiding rollout.
