Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation in the United States is seeking an AI Governance Process Lead to design and operate governance processes enabling responsible AI adoption at scale. You will work with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) and risk stakeholders to implement end-to-end governance.

This role emphasizes risk assessment, controls, attestation, residual risk, and cross-functional collaboration. Remote work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in AI governance, including designing and implementing governance operating models.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, controls, attestation, residual risk, and exception processes.
• Proven ability to translate governance requirements into practical, executable processes.

Responsabilités

• Design and own the end-to-end AI governance lifecycle, from use-case intake and risk assessment through approval, monitoring, and retirement
• Define AI risk assessment methodology and controls, including attestation, residual-risk evaluation, and exception management
• Establish governance roles, responsibilities, and an operating model that connects business, risk, legal, and technology stakeholders
• Set clear managed-state criteria that define when an AI use case is fully governed and compliant
• Drive adoption by translating governance requirements into practical, executable processes and guiding stakeholders through rollout
