Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an AI Governance Process Lead to design and operationalize governance processes enabling responsible, scalable AI adoption. You will partner with risk, compliance, and technology leaders within the ServiceNow Business Group to define controls and rollout strategies.

You will lead end-to-end governance design, risk assessment methodology, and operating models, ensuring clear ownership and measurable governance outcomes across business units

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in AI governance and designing governance operating models.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, controls, attestation, residual risk, and exception processes.
• Proven ability to translate governance requirements into practical, executable processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the end-to-end AI governance lifecycle from use-case intake to retirement.
• Define AI risk assessment methodology and controls, including attestation and residual-risk evaluation.
• Establish governance roles and operating model connecting business, risk, legal, and tech stakeholders.
• Set criteria that define when an AI use case is governed and compliant.
• Drive adoption by translating governance requirements into executable processes and guiding rollout.
