Ethos is seeking a Transaction Advisory Associate Expert for AI training-related finance work. This fully remote role pays $100 per hour and offers flexible hours (5-20+ per week) with ASAP start.

You'll leverage 3+ years M&A experience at top firms, specializing in structured communication, slide craftsmanship, and PowerPoint expertise to evaluate complex financial scenarios for AI training audiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years total M&A experience with time as an Associate at a top firm (e.g. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPM, Evercore, Centerview, Lazard, PJT, Moelis, Guggenheim)
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Desired Skills and Experience: m&a, investment banking, presentations, ai training
