Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced accountants to contribute to a confidential AI research initiative. This remote, project-based role is part-time, offering flexibility and the opportunity to apply financial expertise to real-world AI tasks.

You will evaluate and grade AI model outputs related to accounting problems, write tasks for AI models, and produce expert artefacts in your profession. Typical workload is 10–20 hours per week at $100/hour.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant work experience as an Accountant.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Recognised accountancy qualification e.g. ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Experience working in larger companies (200+ FTEs).
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
