Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced transaction advisory services manager to help train AI on professional presentations and slide decks. This role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated materials across QoE exhibits, databooks, diligence decks, working capital analyses, and red flag reports.

Work is fully remote with a flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week and an ASAP start date. Compensation is $100 per hour for top advisory professionals with 4+ years at a leading firm.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in transaction services / FDD at a top advisory firm (e.g. Big 4)
• Deep expertise in QoE exhibits, findings communication, and report production
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows across QoE exhibits, databook summary slides, diligence findings decks, working capital analysis pages, and red flag report production
• Deliver polished slides with clear communication and attention to detail
