Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced corporate finance associates to train an AI model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role focuses on 3+ years of M&A experience at top firms to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and decks across workflows including storyline development and executive summaries.

Remote, flexible commitment of 5-20 hours per week (or more). Start date ASAP. Compensation is $100 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years total M&A experience with time as an Associate at a top firm (e.g. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPM, Evercore, Centerview, Lazard, PJT, Moelis, Guggenheim).
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summary writing, slide structuring, horizontal and vertical logic, data-driven exhibit design, and client-ready deck production.
