Job summary

Storm Ideas is seeking an AI-first sales enablement specialist to design and run the conversion engine behind client proposals. The role focuses on creating structured proofs, reusable modules, and an auditable library of claims and permissions, enabling fast, credible responses to opportunities.

You will collaborate with delivery, accounts and leadership to ensure materials reflect Storm's capabilities and client needs, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and branding.

Qualifications

• Strong structuring and writing ability to turn messy evidence into credible commercial narratives.
• Experience shaping decks and collateral with AI and design tools.
• Experience in sales enablement, proposals or bid work in agency/consultancy settings.
• Comfort working with senior people under tight deadlines and live commercial pressure.

Responsibilities

• Build Storm's AI-first conversion engine with structured proofs and reusable modules.
• Maintain a proof library with case studies, client examples and permissions.
• Create and maintain the approved claims library and guardrails for AI workflows.
• Assemble reusable pitch decks and proposal outlines for live opportunities.
• Draft and produce case studies from delivery work and client feedback; human-verified.
• Coordinate with account teams to gather proof and examples from current work.
