Job summary

Storm Ideas is a remote-first marketing agency operating internationally, specializing in AI-driven content, authority building, and growth for US entertainment brands. The role focuses on designing and running an AI-powered marketing engine, with emphasis on strategy, storytelling and high-quality output.

You will shape the engine with agents, prompts, and context libraries, producing website content, LinkedIn material, research and creative assets at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing ability for senior audiences.
• Eye for design and visual storytelling with AI tools.
• Experience, strong project work or self-started evidence in marketing or editorial roles.
• Genuine command of AI tools and adapt to fast-changing landscape.
• Evidence of AI-assisted workflows, knowledgebases or automations.
• Understanding of prompt/agent configuration and context design.
• Judgement about tone and accuracy for published content.

Responsibilities

• Build and run Storm’s AI-first marketing engine with agents, prompts and automations.
• Own the source-of-truth context layer: positioning, pillars and tone.
• Turn senior thinking into public authority with editor-level drafts.
• Create on-brand social graphics and short-form video using AI tools.
• Own the rebrand and website content to explain Storm’s services.
• Lead article and SEO strategy aligned with positioning and audiences.
• Conduct market and competitor research for insights and learning.
• Support outreach campaigns with research and outreach drafts.
• Build QA into every workflow to keep AI velocity high.
• Iterate workflows as tools evolve for continuous improvement.
• Track engagement and content use in commercial conversations.
