Job summary

Storm2 is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to partner with strategic customers, designing and deploying AI-enabled workflows, integrations and analytics. This hands-on role owns projects from discovery through production deployment, collaborating with internal teams and executives to turn bespoke solutions into reusable platform capabilities.

Candidates should have 5+ years of software engineering or technical consulting, with strong skills in Python, Java or TypeScript, APIs and cloud-based

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering, forward deployed engineering or technical consulting.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, TypeScript or similar.
• Experience building production software, APIs, data integrations and cloud-based systems.
• Excellent communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with private markets customers to understand complex technical and operational challenges.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into clear technical plans and scalable system architectures.
• Build production-grade applications, integrations and AI-enabled workflows.
• Own deployments from discovery and scoping through implementation and adoption.
• Work closely with internal engineering and product teams to solve customer problems.
• Identify opportunities to turn bespoke solutions into reusable product capabilities.
