Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgeting, roadmaps and client narratives on why decisions are made.

You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize budgets and bidding, and own measurement with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels. Strong English on US calls required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with documented results.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Excellent spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
