RO Writer, a 50-year shop management platform in North America, is hiring its first Forward Deployed Engineer (AI). You’ll work with shop owners, service advisors, and technicians to identify bottlenecks and build AI solutions that fit real-world workflows.

You’ll embed in the field, design AI-powered workflows, integrate APIs, and help translate field learnings into scalable product features while ensuring trustworthy AI outputs and measurable impact.

Formación

• Professional software engineering experience with Vue and .Net.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs: prompt design, agents or tool use, RAG, and evaluating output quality.
• Ability to explain AI-driven development methods and how you plan, build, test, and ship with AI.
• Experience in small teams delivering applications and modules that improve end-user workflows.
• Proven results with time saved, cost reduced, or revenue gains from AI-driven projects.

Responsabilidades

• Embed with customers, remotely and on-site, to map how shops run and where time and revenue are lost.
• Identify high-impact workflow problems and turn them into scoped, shippable solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents (LLMs, RAG, tool use) that automate shop tasks.
• Integrate with RO Writer's platform and third-party systems via APIs.
• Build evaluation and monitoring to ensure AI output is accurate and trustworthy.
