Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with flexible hours. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing image/video pairs, identifying issues, and rating outputs across dimensions like adherence and realism. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio/video misalignment.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to what was seen or heard.
